Return / Exchanges Policy
Most items sold by Wholesale Restaurant Supply may be returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Authorization whether the return reason is for warranty, damage or any other type. Returns without an RA will be refused. All Orders are subject to a 25% - 50% restocking fee. Used merchandise is sold "As Is/Where Is except as Written.” We cannot accept returns on certain items, including but not limited to: items that contains flammable liquids, special order Items such as furniture, equipment or small wares etc. Any product missing the serial number, UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original purchase. Any item that is not in original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts may not be eligible for return. Shipping and delivery charges for the returned item are not refundable. Any unpaid balance is subject to a 2.4% monthly interest fee as well as court costs and attorney fees incurred in the collection of balance. All used equipment sales final - No Refunds or Exchanges.
